Residential Rehab Outcomes Project

The scheme is commissioner led so outcome data is based on records kept by Care Managers. Each participating Care Manager uses a small software application supplied freely by us, to store NDTMS and TOPS data on their clients, along with a small set of additional data describing the placement.

An anonymous version of this data is uploaded to our server.

When there is sufficient data accumulated to be statistically significant, participating purchasers are provided with access to aggregated/summary data about each service. This includes outcome information along with the contextual data describing the profile and problem severity of the clients placed.
