Residential Rehab Outcomes Project

Initially, none whatsoever as the data-entry is done by commissioners.

As the data builds up, we will get to a point where it is meaningful to feed this back to service providers to help them track their own performance. If the project works, providers will have access to ‘benchmarking’ data so they can see how they compare to other comparable (but un-named) services.

Comparisons should be possible in terms of both outcome and client profile, so services will not ‘look bad’ if they choose to focus on the more challenging clients.
